SMART Medical Customer Support Centre
The SMART Medical Customer Support Centre offers a broad range of support options from basic maintenance, to full service agreements to suit each application.
We aim to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction though a total quality system defined by accreditation to ISO 9001.
For a prompt response to your enquires, a telephone support line is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 17.00 with out of hours support available to customers who have agreements in place.
Our aim is to develop long-term relationships with all our customers. We endeavour to achieve this by providing a 48-hour turn around service, which ensures maximum usage of your equipment.
